We are pleased to announce that LWFA has invested in an exciting new project which we feel will be a diverse and rewarding venture in the support and care of all veterans and serving. In this we introduce:

Tudor Court & Rosemullion Guest Houses
Situated in the beautiful town of Falmouth, Cornwall, less then 5 minutes walk from Gyllyngvase Beach and Falmouth Town, Tudor Court and Rosemullion Guest Houses will provide what we would like to call the “THE NEW THREE R’s”
​
During school, the “Three R’s” were considered the core learnings to move forward in life. We would consider our new three to be as important:

​Respite: to provide support to veterans, serving and their families, to enable them to take some time out and reset.​
​

Recovery: to help to recover from stresses and challenges and just enjoy some relaxing, trouble free down time.​
​

Resilience: to help to regain resilience to take on forthcoming challenges giving fresh outlook and strength.
Accommodation is provided free of charge on a self-catering basis, although donations, wherever they can be afforded, would be very welcome to assist us to continue and expand our support
​
Rosemullion House is now fully operating but with some extensive renovation works to form self-contained flatlets in Tudor Court, this section will not be operational until April 2026.
​
This venture was made possible by a very generous legacy given by Charles David Yates, and we feel very privileged to invest this donation into such an amazing opportunity.
​
We would like the houses to remain in honour of Mr Yates for his extreme generosity in his wish to care and support veterans and serving. This is an exciting opportunity for LWFA to expand into diverse avenues of support and bring some “Respite, Recovery and Resilience” to many throughout the coming years.
